Terms and Conditions
Check-in time is 4 p.m. or later, checkout 11 a.m., unless prior arrangements are made. Smoking is permitted outside only in designated areas. Room rates are based on double occupancy, add $30.00 per night per extra person. A 5% tax will be added to the rates listed above.
Deposit and Refund Policy
Reservations are guaranteed with a 25% deposit or a minimum of one night's rate. Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. A processing fee of $25 will be charged for all cancellations.
